Flying cows and clumsy kids!!!

My boys are finally getting to the age where they play together....which I love. However, along with playing together comes fighting--more fighting. Even though Nolen is 25 months younger than Gavin, he is pretty tough. Don't get me wrong...Gavin is no push over but Nolen does not back down--ever!! Hence the goose egg on Gavin's head.
They were playing so well together (after Gavin got out of time out for not sharing). Gavin had all his farm stuff out. Nolen decided to pick up the heavy plastic cow and throw it at Gavin's head. Once he realized that he hurt him...he laughed for a second and then ran over and tried to hug him and say "sowwy bubba" (I'm sure he thought that if he said sorry that would keep him from getting in trouble). So, off to time out he went. I need a girl!
Thank God..we actually had a few days of nice weather. So, we spent quite a bit of time outside. Nolen is still a little clumsy (hopefully because of his age and not because of his mother) and he fell and hit his forehead on the bottom step of the deck. He got a pretty good scrape and bruise--cried for about 10 seconds and was back to playing.

Next he decided to walk across the pool cover. He stopped about half way-I told him to get off of it, he laughed and took off running. It's gonna be an interesting summer for sure.
